Shipping and return policy

  •   We ship via the FedEx, DHL, DTDC, Trackon, Blue Dart and India Post depending on the availability at your address. Normally it takes 3-7 business days for the courier to reach the destination.
  •   We can also do 2-Day Shipping depending on the availability. Additional charges will be taken for 2-Day Shipping. Once your order is ready to ship, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.
  •   we do not accept Cash on delivery.first you must have complete your payment then we will dispatch your model. We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
  •   Shipping is free for most of model but some of moel is heavy in size so we take some charges for that.
Process for shipping
  •   When your project will ready then our executive inform you
  •   In second phase you must complete your full payment via different payment mode.
  •   After completing your payment, we will dispatch your project
  •   Before dispatch your project ,we will send conformation E-mail with tracking number.
  •   You will receive your project with in 6-7 days.
Replacement policy

We know that sometimes your requirement changes, or something isn't working the way you thought it would. Never fear, we are here to help!. Products that have not been opened/programmed/plugged in/otherwise used can be replaced within 7 days.

General Replacement Guidelines

   All replacement must include all accessories, manuals, documentation, etc. that shipped with the product.Replacement may take up to 1 week to process.You are responsible for replacement shipping charges both ways that are not related to a manufacturer error and one way if there is a manufacturing error.Some products are not eligible for a replacement.

  If your item is defective, damaged, or modified in some way, we would be happy to attempt to resolve your issue. Technical issues can often be resolved without the need to ship things back to us.for technical support you can call us at our business time or mail us .we are happy to help you.

  If you get some things appear to have been damaged in shipment then you must mail to our customer support with full description of your damage with some photographs. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. We'll get replacements for the damaged goods out to you right away.

  12V Lead Acid Battery is not provided with project kits due to shipping and delivery company prohibitions.

  230V Lamps are not included in project kits due to shipping and delivery company prohibitions.
